PUREFOODPROJECT’s ghee is made in the traditional way. The process includes culturing with a pure desi cow yoghurt culture, which has been kept pure over a long period of time without mixing it with any other milk. This results in the granular structure of this pure ghee.
Throughout the entire process, specific mantras are chanted by the persons who are making the ghee.
