Think what is the real need of you ? Which one can you trust ?

Milk Collection :

There are many nutrients and vitamins in the milk such as Protein, Carbs, Sugar, Fats, Calcium, Phosphorus, Vitamin B2, Vitamin B12 etc … People were deliberately made to focus on more fat content in the milk and fat is playing a major role in the price fixation in the market.

Every 4 or 5 villages have a common collection point to collect the milk from different producers. There is a high possibility also for mixing different types of milk. Yes it can be a mix of any type of milk such as Goats milk, Buffalo milk, Jersey cow milk , Indian cow milk or even a Camel milk or a synthetic milk.

These collection points have a testing machine to test fat. Machines show the percentage of fat content in the milk. Importance is given to the percentage of fat content in the milk. Weightage is not given to the source of production. Hence some people take this opportunity and bring all sorts of milk and this has the combination of any type of milk such as buffalo, camel or even synthetic. Based on the percentage of fat content, they are given the price for milk.

For example ,

1% fat milk is purchased for Rs. 6:00,

2% fat milk is purchased for Rs. 12:00,

4% fat milk is purchased for Rs. 24:00 etc …

Hence no one is interested in growing cows that produce milk with less fat.

Buffalo starts to produce milk with 6 percent of fat content in them. After 3 months, they give 10 percent of fat in their milk. Thickness of the milk increases and the quantity of milk produced is the same. Hence people show much interest in growing buffalos keeping the fat percentage in mind.
